For the second ‘Music for the Road’ installment, I thought I’d feature an unlikely candidate.
I have two buckets that I put driving music into:
- The race mix- Music that I used when I’m at the track, or using to get fired up before a race. (red pill)
- The cruise mix- Something good for long trips, tunnel blasting, and just general fooling around. (blue pill)
‘The Maine’ definitely falls into the ‘blue pill’ category, but that’s not a bad thing. Sometimes, you need to go on a drive to clear your head, or gets thoughts focused. ‘The Maine’ is good for that sort of thing.
