Formula 1 team principals are one of the un-sung leaders of the sport.  To be successful in motorsport, they have to be a ‘jack-of-all-trades.’

Consummate business people, experienced in their field and passionate about winning, a team principal is as competitive about winning just as much as their drivers are.

Who are some of your favorite racing team bosses? I’ve been a fan of Christian Horner, since his Formula 3000 days. Martin Whitmarsh and Ross Brawn are also in my top three.

What about outside of Formula 1? What team bosses do you like? Penske? Ganassi?
